If you have been searching for a truly beautiful Corvette, this is your car! You are bidding on an absolutely gorgeous '54 Corvette. It is crowd stopping Pennant Blue with Beige interior and Beige convertible top. One of only 300 produced in this color and the paint finish and quality is stunning. This car was awarded NCRS Top Flight in May of 2004. In June 2004 it was Bloomington Gold Certified. This vehicle is Serial Number 4431. This later number car has the benefits of: (a) Zora Duntovs first fix to the Corvettes, a longer exhaust extension with built-in deflection baffles to project the fumes down to avoid the exhaust being sucked to the cockpit; (b) a revised camshaft increasing the horsepower by 5 to 155hp; (c) dual pot air cleaners, intended to reduce the possibility of engine fires and to lower noise at full throttle. The car starts great and runs smooth and true down the road while gathering crowds where ever it goes. We trailer it to distant shows and enjoy driving it to selected local shows. It has won first in class at every show we have brought it to. All correct factory components including date coded convertible top and side curtains, jack, jacking tools, windshield washers and wipers, steel backed headlights, dated coded Delco battery with circle top caps, rebuilt Wonderbar radio and speaker, working clock, and everything else you would expect in a NCRS and Bloomington Gold certified vehicle. Included with the car are all the manuals, assembly guides, judging sheets, ribbons, and extra/spare parts that I have collected. This car is ready to be enjoyed by either the discriminating collector or the enthusiast who enjoys driving their vehicle and watching heads turn every where you go.
